They talk about and how EFT has enabled Su to overcome the problem and become confident talking to groups. She has now successfully started her own business running singing groups around Liverpool. Shortly after the final EFT session with Tania, Su presented to the business community.
2. Social phobia can cause severe disruption in peoples lives. In this podcast, Ruth Nordon talks about how social phobia affected her life and how she devised methods for coping with her phobia. She also talks about the work done using EFT that successfully cleared her problem.
